My advice would be to Google up a recipe for “pizzelle” which should give you the amounts of ingredients in ‘regular’ measurement thingies. {Pizzelle are Italian cornets, basically, and are baked in a special griddle that closes up like a waffle iron]. You should be able to get a non-metric recipe exchange database also…as in “metric equivalents” via Google. Good luck!
